Does anyone know where to get aluminum square tubes that are around 10mm+- 1mm? I tried looking at online metals, princess auto and some other places, but I couldn't find any. The smallest I found was 19mm aluminum. Does anyone know where I could get some in canada/usa?

3/8 is the closest to what I need. Alfer does have the correct size, but wouldn't shipping kill me?
