The step before finalizing an order on Amazon, I have this just above the promotional codes box, does it say this for everyone or do I somehow have £17.99 in my account which I have never used?

    TIA :)

    Me too???

    only £2.98. random.

    can't see why though.

    I just brought a £90 camera and £15 memory (so £105 with out p&p).
    AND....
    got free £5 case,
    random £2.98 discount,
got the 15% VAT rate (only on certain products),
and next day delivery (signed up to Amazon Prime for free trail, must remember to cancel that!)

all in all it cost £102??

    I'm happy!

Edit: is the discount the new VAT discount???? too tired to do the calculations... ZZzzzzzzz

Indeed, it is the amount saved from the codes you have previously typed in, doh!

No I used another code previously (GAME4TEN) on the PS3 deal, so a game that is £30 is reduced to £10, so you save £20 etc. ;)
