    i dont care about the number of displays it can handle, im somewhat amazed at the power of the card, i have a 4850 driving world of warcraft at 1920x1200 resolutions, and honestly I can't crank everything up to their maximum settings, even at medium-high settings i still have that sudden drop to the 30ish even 25's, and now we have a videocard driving it at 7680x3200 while maintaning 80fps? now that's something

    thought WOW was more CPU limited as its Very single threaded

    card looks like it mite be an jump up in performance going from an 9800 to an gtx280 was nice but not as good as i thought it would of been, the new 5800 card looks intresting, Nvidia have been an little quite on this topic

    I been wanting to get triple head2go for ages now so i could get my triplemonitor setup complete but now nvidia fan boy now radeaon all the way,,, cant wait for this... this is nearly better than porn..

    I quite like that development given that I'll be in the market for a new PC after Christmas... Though I might as well wait for DX11's 2nd generation cards because it's hard to find something I like that my E6600 @ 3.6GHz and my 8800GTS/640 can't do.

    You watch, the 5800 will be 3 4890's bolted together in a 3-slot configuration. It'll come with ear defenders and your lights will dim when you run Crysis!

    I haven't seen anyone wonder about such a setup's connector requirements.

    From what I've seen, this'll only work with the displayport output.
    I wouldn't mind upgrading my dual 22" to some three way porn, but since my monitors only have VGA and DVI connectors, is that even gonna be possible?

    I wouldn't be surprised TAG if you'll get DisplayPort to DVI connectors - I don't see why not tbh.

    hmmm you're right
    I thought such a conversion would make adaptors complex and expensive. As long as you don't get a HP model they're actually fairly cheap
