Hardware AMD ATI Radeon HD 5770 Review

    The HD5770 is a worthy upgrade of anything that's weaker than a 9600GT.

    But from an 8800GT or more powerful, it's hard to justify that purchase.

    i have just got 2 xfx 5770's in crossfire and very impressed with there performance

    With no modifications retail 5770s will clock to the limits imposed by CCC (960/1450)with ease, no noticeable extra noise resulting in ~15% performance increase. With a bit more tweaking GPU speeds in excess of 1GHz are possible. In reviews with OC testing the conclusions are different.

    Anyone have a verdict as to if it's a good idea to move to this from a HD4850?
