Be interesting to see the 1600/1700/1800 re-tested with properly compatible 4000Mhz RAM when this drops - Might make up some of the deficit that they suffer versus highly overclocked Sky/Kaby Lake chips.

PCI Express Access Control Services defiantly sounds interesting, at least if it's a better implementation than Intels VT-d that (afaik) only allows you to use the iGPU in the VM.

Also would these new RAM settings effect the speed of infinity fabric?

They barely suffer any defecit since AGESA 1.0.0.4a to be fair (I have my memory running at 15 15 15 30 1T @ 3200MHz ) and in some instances they now best sky/kaby (in multi-threaded they simply urinate all over them :hehe: ).
