    This game rocks!!

It's free for download. You just create an account and start playing. The first training missions are just offline, after that everything is ONLINE!!! Baaaadaaaasss!!! :D

    I love this game...

Hmmm, I thought everyone knew of this game already. It killed CS for me, and most other first person shooters. Its got just the right amount of teamplay to make it rock. Playing it without voice communications is alright, but playing with people you know and communicating locations and strats absolutely rocks.

I believe its possible to play it on a LAN...although, to be honest, I haven't tried.

EDIT: Just confirmed it, it is playable on a LAN with or without an internet connection.

I've been playing this game for ages now, since v1.5. It's totally amazing I think. I agree with the statement about the right amount of teamplay etc. For me, this and Raven Shield are the best FPS out there....Saying that, I completed Call Of Duty last week and that rerally rocked!

I have to agree, AA is waaay better than CS and is easily on par with raven sheild in terms of playability and of course the all important teamwork.

Plus, now that SF 2.0.0a has been released you can get cool SF maps where you can customise your weapons and relive your blackhawk down fantasies on SF CSAR :D

and its killer feature: its free, 100% legitimately no-warez free.

I have to say my hat goes off to the AA developers, while it may be a huuuuge US marketing stunt they have actually come up with a good game to boot

    Hooah!

the game sux im my opinion.

I dont like the fact u gotta do all that training b4 being able to play the game.

I got stuck on the pooey parachute training and got so annoyed i un-installed it!

Im gonna go buy Call Of Duty cos that game rocks and is awesome online!

Ima huge fan as been said beofre. I paly erveryday at least a couple hours and have been playing since 1.3. I suggest downloading bit-torrent then downloading it off there (if you can find a link to 2.0.0.a, try gamers hell) I had no line up and was at my max 160 kb/sec

The only training I struggled with was the Special Forces training. Its Escape and Evasion training. They drop you out in the woods at night and you have to make it to your pickup point without being spotted. It takes extreme patience. I'm glad for the training, it helps weed out some of the weaker players, you get less noobs that don't have a clue.

When you guys play this game, stick to the other players on your team until you learn the maps. Some of them are very confusing.

8 hours? You've got to be exaggerating. Then again, I was in Air Defense in the Army and was required to learn vehicles and aircraft by sight, so I passed it on first go.
