h, Who are you with? that sounds extremely cheap. i also tried tesco but they said they wouldnt insure a car that was worth less than £1000. i was pretty sure they did. i would have also thought me being a librarian (part time) would help a bit on the price, but it didnt
tesco refused to take any car i put into the system at less than a grand so i put a £400 golf mk2 thoughat a grand & was qouted 2grand off tesco, ah well when i start looking i will just try the broker first
i found out why that was sam. they want an estimate of the price to the nearest £1000. so perhaps you should put in £0 maybe thatll knock a bit off the premium. also, i got a quote for £717 from tesco as a named driver on my mums policy. it means she can build up a ncd (shes always been on my dads) and it still keeps the price relativly low.
