    Hi guys,

my Ulefone android phone managed to get itself stuck in an endless reboot loop optimizing itself.

Amazon immediately issured a refund, but they want me to send back the phone. Any idea on how to wipe the data beforehand?

    Thanks!

If you've tried reflashing the ROM unsuccessfully then I'm not sure you can. Which model is it?

Thanks for your answers. I tried both, didn't work. Hence the refund. However there are quite a few passwords stored on the device, so I am a bit hesistant sending it back to Amazon.

Edit: Forgot, the phone in question is the original Ulefone Power.

Although I've flashed a few ROMs on phones and tablets and unbricked a couple of them mainly through persistence rather than any great knowledge the only suggestion I can give would be to follow the guide here and if you've already found that site and it didn't work then I can't think of anything else.

I first tried the revocery mode, then flashing the ROM. In both cases the system OS didn't boot all the way. Still, thank you: Flashstockrom seems way better than the German site I used for a tutorial.

I have decided to fry the phone in the microwave before sending it in, hopefully Amazon will accept the return anyway.

Change cables, computers, and try again. Cable alone will fix 90% of all flashing issues.
