Rant Annoying Graffiti

Blek the Rat is far more influencial than banksy. He started doing social commentry in paris in the 80's. I do however agree that Idiocy in decorating our streets shouldnt be allowed, however its their canvas as well, we can't exactly stop them halfway through and say its reserved for talented folks
