Hi guys, I'm looking to get my PC anodised but don't know where to begin. I'd rather get it done at a place that it decidated to modifying PCs

    Thanks in advance

i dont know of any places that do it (im sure there are some however)

but you could try it your self :dremel: , it should be pritty easy. i think theres even a guide on here somewhere.

cos theres not realy alot to it

    1. a powersource
    2. some kind of container to put the chemicals in along with the item to be anodized
    3. the chemicals

edit- found the guide for you http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=48303&highlight=Anodising

Thanks for that link. I don't really have the time or the patience to do it myself. Interesting read though!

Totallycustomised Paint cases, they're not anodised but are painted professionally. Not cheap but a first class job. They'd also paint any colour
    scheme you have in mind.

look around in the phone book or what not, I work with a guy who owns a powder coating and anodizing buisness, and honestly the money isn't in the custom and 1 off jobs its in doing high volume production runs. Any sort of machining or metal shop might be able to at least point you in the right direction of finding places that will do work for you, most of these guys don't advertise to the home repair type of people.
