over here it is 16, you can buy a lottery ticket, smoke & continue the population but you cant buy mukky mags or order it off Pay per view(not that id know that of course ) 17, you can practive driving legally with a qualified driver in the car 18, get legally smashed off your face in your local there are exeptions to the driving, you can legally drive a car @ any age as long as you can control it safely onb private land (off road course, skid pan, car park etc) i know as ive been driving offroad for years with my dad in his land rover series III one of the last propper off-roaders (apart from the defender of course), shame we had to sell it as it would have cost more than its value to repair the chassis damage he did drove ona skid apn a few years ago, boy that is a lot of fun as my dad knew the person who ran the skidpan & ive been showing off my mad ellite driving skills on cruses in my cousins car when he drives, even cruses wit coppers they did not mind as long as the car did not go onto the road think i have a obbsessive fixations with cars, danger & speed <---evil grin
