From the Christian Science Monitor by way of Yahoo News

I wonder if Bush is starting to realize that the risk of giving the people a voice is that you may not like what they have to say.

The Christian Science Monitor does not affiliate with any other news agencies and relies on its own reporters. To me, that screams biased and subjective (not that other news organizations are impartial themselves, but an independent agency isn't governed by the same set of news standards).

For me, I can only say that a stable government in Iraq is what is needed.
Pro or Anti US isn't, or shouldn't be anyway, an issue.

If true, this should still be seen as a good thing.
Sure, Iraq may turn fundamentalist. That was the danger from the begining.

Well, it is (was actually) State of the Union day, so I suppose it's as good a day as any ;)

    Same thing, really... :)

As to the issue proposed, I stand with this where I do with Hamas. You can't choose who they bring to the table...just be thankful that someone is being BROUGHT instead of forcing themselves in with guns blazing.
