    A mate of mine once got a mail saying something like "Yadda yadda I have £100,00 in the bank but won't let me have it yadda yadda", so he sent a mail back saying,

    "Sure I agree, but can you send me £50 so I know that the transaction path works"

    They did. :duh:

    you would think the scammers would get sick of people taking the piss and not sending them and money. But then again, there are always some stupid people out there who will happily give money to people who ask in the right way
