I got one of these the moment SCAN had it in stock. and i have to say I am very happy with it. even though idle temps are 1 or 2'c higher then the my Frio which i was previously running with 2 Akasa Apache PWM fans. Ive set my custom profile to 25|50 but on the occasionally change it to 30|50 if the fans gets a little too loud.

Its a great cooler. no doubt about it, but at around £70 its not really worth the price premium over a Frio. as the Frio also makes a lot less noise when the CPU is under load.

I havent yet put this thing through a Prime 95 stress test yet. but the coolant temperature rarely goes over 38'c unless we were experiencing ambient temps of 28-33'c like a few weeks ago.

Keeps my Overvolted 2500k@4.9Ghz pretty chilled. usually I get about 70'c when i put my 2500k through prime95. I should really retest it some time. It would be interesting to see how high temps get

Same here, I'll be sticking with my Frio a while longer yet. These things are way too expensive at the moment.

NOTE: We've removed the AMD cooling figures, as we've since found an irregularity with the AMD thermal test system. Bit-tech prides itself on being accurate first and foremost so we don't want to publish possibly inaccurate information for a second longer than necessary. We will update the situation as soon as possible.
