I have spec'd a build for a friend of mine and instead of using the stock cooler I have suggested the cheap and cheerful Cooler master 212 plus. Has any one used this combination as I am worried whether it will fit or not. I installed one in my sons Elite 330 case and its actually touching the side panel in two points.
I'm pretty sure the One Hundred has slightly larger dimensions than the 330 and should be okay. Check the case depths on Scan or somewhere else
Yeh the case width seems okay giving what seems like 3cm lee way but thats doesn't take into account for the depth of the mobo tray and the mobo once its mounted. Given me an idea to compare the 330's width to the one hundreds but hopefully someone is using a 212 in the one hundred and can confirm. Edit.... the 330 is actually 5mm wider than the one hundred eek.
