Not much of a fan of top oriented USB/power. Looks ok, but the lack of front dust filters is a disappointment.

I agree with Tangster, why don't the dust filters cover the entire front bezel ?
I have the 300 case, and with 2 fans fitted (blowing inwards) the dust filter is an absolute godsend.

Yep, I was going to say that.

And I was going to say that.

And I was going to say that as well!

I clearly need to start logging in a bit earlier on Mondays... :)

Wasn't actually going to say either of those things however, although I do agree with them both.

Out of Antec's 'Hundred' series the 300 is definitely tops, this 100 isn't too far behind, but, to me, the 200, 600, 900 & 1200 all look like they fell out of the top of the ugly tree & hit every branch on the way down...

Should of just painted the inside of the 300 black along with a small bit of cable management and called it the 302.

It does seem odd that if you are only going to provide some dust filters you provide them for the part that won't have any extra front intake fans behind them that you may put in.

    Seems a bit mental that.

    +1 million on this!

Plus a floor PSU intake vent with a dust filter please, it will save us having to dremel the thing.

    Nice review Baz.

    +1

Yeah, I still don't get why they went with 100, when it's clearly replacing the 300...

Has modding gone completely out of style? Folks, a case this well designed to start, for such a cheap price, begs to be modded to your heart's desire. It takes little effort to add a vandal or other switch for Reset on the front panel, re-route the speed controls for the fans, and cut some holes for PSU's bottom air intake, and some cable management. And that's just for usability ... after that, you start having fun.

Doesn't anyone else hear the whir of the dremel?

That is the first thought that springs to mind when you see a case like this, or the 300 for that matter.

excellent budget case in my opinion... i have at last found something to house a decent folding@ home farm rig featuring two graphix cards with an overclocked low end cpu

well actually, my PSU doesn't fit in my case upside down - none of the cables reach.

What way is your PSU designed? I can't understand how the cables won't reach by rotating it. 3D geometry failure somewhere here.
