The molex connectors for the tri-cool fans in my P193 have both ends open so that I can plug in a power connector from the PSU into the female end leaving the male end free. Can I plug in another fan power connector's female end into the male end (i.e. "stacking" the power connectors)?

Also, is it okay to power a fan and a hard drive from the same molex power lead from my PSU?

    Yes and Yes.

No problems piggybacking molex connections, the fans and and a HDD don't draw too much juice.
