    argh,

    can someone set me straight.

i dont really want to get waterwetter, its £15 and is out of stock @ OCS.

people have told me that i can use distilled water and 5% antifreeze.

    1) can i?
    2) isnt antifreeze just to stop water freezing @ 0C which wont happen, and isnt it corrodent.

is there any alternatives to waterwetter that i can buy at a local garage?

    thanks,

well sum1 will come alone and tell it better then me but here goes

    1) sure mix water with anything you want its upto you
    2) you shouldn't really need anti-freeze unless you plan to use a TEC distill water on its own works ok

water wetter just makes the water more conductive so it can transfer more heat while anti freeze gives the water a lower freezing point.

water wetter seems to do other stuff as well like prevents alge and etc. upto you to use it or not. honestly distill water alone will do but its upto u to use these products, they won't make dramatic changes just minor. and you can find them at ur local automotive store so check there (people use em to put into their radiator and stuff)

BIg Dog I know U know the answer to that! :hehe:
    hehehehe

Hav u seen old copper clad roof top buldings!

They hav a nice pastel green tint - verdigree (spelling?)

100% copper Mmmm what about the "brass" http://www.pemnet.com/design_information/galvanic.html

Yeah sure it will hav other benefits Biocide, smell leak alert (OK thats a Crap one), reduce surface tension, NOT reduce H2O thermal properties...
