Well, im thinking about a tattoo, and there seem to be some good artists on here, ive decided what I want (domokun on my shoulder blade) but I want an artists impression of him, like a drawing of him, and im crap at drawings. Looking at only a small one 3-4" high, and 2-3" wide really, of domo kun... anyone fancy a go, the winner gets to have hi design imprinted on my body in a few months time! Few pictures of him : http://www.caida.org/~bhuffake/cartoons/godkills/godkills_domo_kun.jpg (rude word) http://www.sleekness.co.uk/uploads/domo-kun.jpg http://images.google.co.uk/images?q...&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official_s&sa=N&tab=wi (Link to the google image search for them) So if you want to have a go, knock yourself out cheers - M@
Yeah have a go Kayin, your stuff on there looks good, im looking basically for a lot of other peoples artistic impressions of it, then will decide what would look good on me dont want just a normal domo standing up, so have a go, do a couple if you want - M@
i just copied one of your images and made it cartoony - a good tattoo artist would put highlights in to give it the fuller 3D effect you're probably after... your choice i suppose
Oh noes a double post... Yeah, anyways anyone know any good Tattoo Parlours in the Wolverhampton Birmingham Area, 'K' you around? Penski pointed out that your inked and from near here! Know any good ones? Also anyone know a rough price for a 4"x3" on shoulder or arm? - M@
noticed the feet are borked and its fuzzy. but if you want that sorted i can. you get the idea though
Get your arse to Modern Body Art in Birmingham centre. It's near the magistrate's court, behind the Academy. I've had most of my sleeve work done there. http://modernbodyart.co.uk/ The main artist, Jo Harrison, is really good. She's won a lot of awards and is really friendly. The place itself has a great atmosphere. Lots of wood, doesn't feel clinical. I'm also pretty good at drawing, so I might give this little fella a go. I mean, check out THIS masterpiece. Ahem...
WASHING MACHINE MAAAAAAAN!!!!! !!!!!!!! Did you *ever* get him any further than a biro sketch? I remember he was going to have power-ups with calgon tablets n all sorts
Go for it. Art History lectures give interesting results. lol Emz - I started doing him in vectors ages ago so maybe one day I'll get it done
Looks like a great sleeve K if you get a chance lets see a bit more This leg sock was done by a guy called George Shaw from South Shields in Tyne & Wear around 15 year ago now but colours have held well I'm also in the process of getting one removed by Laserase which cost 35p to get on about 25 years ago and will end up costing somewhere in the region of five to six hundred quid @ £50 a time so think carefully what you get inked IMO
Checked that site out K, looks to be nice, all the other Bham Tattoo websites seem a bit shoddy, and there site just has a friendly 'step by step' feeling to it! Will have to check them out definatly. Great artwork thing, feel free to have a go at domo! - M@
Coolcool, emzay post it anyways, if its a good sketch I can always alter him to what I like Looking for a more cartooney Domo, like K's washing machine man, like a japanime DomoKun (yes im aware hes already japanese). Welldone all - M@
finally took a pic Nowhere near the standard of a K scribble. He's also a bit too square and has a clubby hand. But you said to post it
nice emzay, Cute, but for some reason, all I could think about was how easy it was to convert your picture into domo, but wearing Y-fronts, ahh amusing... anyone else have a go? Milkshake? - M@
