I seem to remember more than one person in the crowd here that is familar with semiconductor physics. I'm looking for a table of work functions of various metals, but having poly Si on it as well as other possible gate materials would be good too. Thanks in advance. edit: title changed bigZ
i'll reply here with the actual topic of physics.... my major is electromagnetism, so shoot and i'll try to help as for the table, i'll see what i have in my textbooks, papers, etc.
