Modding Any succesful PS1 screen mods?

    Im getting a PS1 screen soon. Just wondering if anyone has had any success with the PS1 screen mod guide. Pics are always appreciated :)

    I just got three myself and will be doing it as well. Right now I have a cable that lets me just use a normal composite video out to the input on the back and have it going that way, but it looks a little crappy since it IS a coax connection. Although if I can I'm going to wire an svideo and VGA cable to it so I can hook up a standalone DVD player to it as well as a PC [/vague hint at idea in next mod]

    However it's just soldering six wires and messing with timings, can't be that hard if you're decent with the iron.

    Ebay has them pretty darn cheap I saw a few going for buy it now for 35 dollars plus shipping. SO I would say you could get one of these for 60 bucks max. Bidding and stuff so I guess if you go through a store I saw one for 75 on an online store. Hope that helps...

    60 bux max?? i was seeing them on ebay selling for like 30 + shipping of less than $15, I was thinking about getting one myself
