Soaking the heads in a bit of vodka works pretty well too - as long as you rinse it thoroughly! :) You can get away with dry-burning the CE4-style clearos as there's no rubber sealing rings or anything like that, IIRC.

You have to be careful with some of the clearos with replacement heads though. Heads for Kanger tanks, for example, often have rubber/silicone rings in the bottom which hold the coil wires in place; if you dry-burn those you run the risk of burning the rubber/silicone, and that burnt taste takes a long time to go away.

Flavor West chocolate tobacco turns otherwise clear mix into gas station coffee at 5%. Methinks this one will be a dripper flavor.

Been meaning to get either this or the Nautilus. Both seem to have good reviews. Guess I'll figure it out this weekend :D

Have you tried Red Astaire at 85% VG? Your atty will look like a bloodbath!

The CF sub ohm battery does have some fancy electronics in it, it's regulated to 4.2v. Don't know about the CF mod though.

I am seriously tempted by an Atlantis & CF sub ohm combo...

I've just started vaping with a Vivid starter kit, not bad, loads of flavours & I'll save a load compared to tobacco, I take a big long toke & very slowly release it from mouth breathing some in through the nose, takes the craving for a smoke away while making my room smell fruity.

And no more ash & filthy dimps, yaaaay. :hehe:

I know you ex smokers will think im weird but iv smoked maybe 3-4 cigarettes in my life, but hate the smell and the taste but like the smoking feel and action, if you get me.... (Learning sticks is cool as well)

My girlfriend smokes and she has a Evod twist kit to help her cut down which i use more than her sometimes and really enjoy using it, and also have a go my friends when i can. (he uses really fancy top liquids that are really nice)
its not just the smoking of the vapor, but the maintenance of the device is quite therapeutic too.

As far as i can tell and from what i have read there are no negatives really other than cost.
Infact i think it will help curve my snacking hunger and although obviously addictive nicotine has some small heath benefits. [feel free to correct me there if im wrong]

I was thinking of going for my own vapor kit this xmas.
Was looking at then Kanger Ipow 2 1600mAh and the Aerotank v2 with a bottle of Suicide Bunny's Mother's Milk (6mg)

edit: would also like to add i like to tell people to piss off when people tell me not to vape inside.

I go outside for courtesy sake, no point in rustling jimmies needlessly, especially if you get a "smoking" break at work. Nothing like it to help break up the day.

Just upgraded to my first mech-mod.

Nothing extravagant, a Stingray mod and a Kayfun Lite 2 - but! man oh man the vape is amazeballs.

I'm not cloud chasing, but I get a really good hit.

Got a custom Kanthol .32 5/6 wrap @ ~1.0 ohm @ 3.7v, wicked with some japanese cotton things... (I hope I used the right language there??)

I'm having some of the best flavoured throat hitting vapes that I've ever experienced.
What could be better other than a vari-volt?
Any quirky tips with the Kayfun? (i've mastered top filling)
    Wicking/Coil tips?

    +1

We've got to give society time to adjust to the difference between smoking and vaping. Because whilst they look similar, they aren't.

I go and sit in the disabled loo at work, puffing away whilst playing Bloons TD5 on my phone :hehe:

Unless it's nice outside. Which, let's face it, it rarely is.

On the Kayfun dual coils works well providing the airflow is open enough.
    And not too much cotton

I have been enjoying an off-the-shelf Vapouriz Fuse and the Blueberry juice. Been using it for about 3 weeks and so far I'm really enjoying it.

I may venture on to one of the kits at some point but wanted to check that I wasn't going to miss my smokes first.

Since I've been using it I haven't once desired a regular smoke!

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/journali...s-indoors-says-World-Health-Organisation.html

the WHO has already suggested banning the sue of e-cigerettes in doors , as its the equivalent of smoking 40 cigs (nicotine wise)

    as for vaping;

Tesco have a policy of no vaping.

why? exactly what is in your machine? strawberry flavour? or nictotine product? its the unknown part which is why they don't allow it.

    http://www.flavourvapour.co.uk/e-liquid/tobacco/uk-tobacco-e-juice

refil for vaping - contains nicotine.

I clicked on that Bellylaugh (sorry - Telegraph) link and saw the words "toxic" and "threat" in the headline. I immediately closed the browser window without reading any further. Sorry, I have better things to do with my time than get enraged about another poorly-written/poorly-researched "article" which completely misunderstands the science and pushes a thinly-veiled agenda.

Here's the thing about vaping indoors... No sensible person is clamouring for their rights to be able to blow their vape in the faces of others - unless they're a prat, in which case, move along nothing to see here. I've got no real beef with workplaces banning it indoors - I do think that's unnecessary however and that people can be adult enough to work these things out themselves. If you want to vape in the office, see if your co-workers mind: if they don't mind then don't be a knob about it and don't use your cloud chasing 0.2ohm coils indoors; if they do object then respect their right not to have stuff blown in their faces and just go outside.

Where I have a problem is when vaping is treated exactly the same as smoking, when vapers are confined to smoking areas. I have as much of a right to a smoke-free environment as much as the next non-smoker, and I am also at as much risk from passive smoking as the next non-smoker. I've made an active choice to stop doing that - and let's leave the "risks" of vaping to one side for a moment, because that's a completely different can of worms - and I don't want cigarette smoke blown in my face. If they're going to move smokers to a dedicated area to reduce the risk of harm to others then they need to apply the same logic to vaping. Sure, I'll go out the back to vape, no problem - I'll even stay out of sight of the main building, so as not to ruin your precious corporate image - but I'll hand in my resignation before you can confine me to the smoking area. (In truth I'd just go off-premises and stand the other side of the barrier, even if it means I'm gone for 25 minutes instead of 5-10).

Be polite to others. Don't be a knob.
