Bit more discreet unlike lazer blasters or light sabres available.

Good call on the kato 18650. I have an original and its fantastic with a kayfun lite + clone
Pick the latter up for £35 from idealvape.
My Axiz mod isn't really pocket friendly or discreet but the batteries last for ages.

Thinking about a getting a subtank - based on comments in this thread. Is the subtank plus still 22mm diameter?

Another option is to get a gizmo http://www.gizmomod.co.uk/category-s/109.htm. If you have 18500 or (if you also buy the extension) 18650 batteries.

Subtank plus is 25mm diameter, hangs over the edge of my hcigar box mod a tiny bit, getting through 3 refills a day, so nice though. :)

Regular subtank is 22mm, mounting coils is brilliantly easy & haven't needed to mod the chimney base, wick gets juiced perfectly.

i'm using MVP3 & Subtank atm, was a really good upgrade over MVP & ProTank 3, but i decided to get a better tank and ordered Cthulhu RTA, i think i might get the MVP 3 Pro real soon as well, time will tell.

Cthulhu RTA is the shiz, on my first attempt i didn't wick it right so it was a leaky mess but i already found couple of tutorials on wicking on youtube so i don't expect to have any more problems in future, amazing flavour and great airflow, can't believe it was actually cheaper than my old Subtank.

the only negative is that it drinks juice, but since i vape at higher wattage it was to be expected.

if anyone is thinking about buying a new RTA i'd recommend it.

Or Vaper Expo in Birmingham NEC on the 11th?
    Or vapefest?

    ^Not me.

    Kanger subtank plus update.
Part of the RBA mount deck broke off & can't fix it back on so the RBA deck is useless now, luckily the subtank comes with a coil head you just screw in else it would have been voided useless, looks easy enough to rebuild on it.

Not had it long before the RBA deck broke & can't see a UK shop that sells replacements.

I did not know the standard subtank coil heads were rebuildable, thought it was only the RDA.
Time to invest in some wire :)

They are with a bit of perseverance, although I don't know why you'd bother when you already have an RTA...

Try replacing the o rings, it comes with a spare set.

If it's leaking from the air holes, then either you haven't screwed down the RBA/OCC deck fully, or it's missing the little o ring underneath (hidden above the threads).

Alternatively if you're using the RBA then rewick with more cotton. If you don't use enough some juice will spill into the base.

Yeah it seems to have stopped now so I think the seal went on the old OCC, and then I overdid it priming the new OCC coil.....

My local shop has just started stocking Element dripper series juice.

I have to say, it's pretty amazing how much flavour it produces considering it's 80% VG. The banana nut is likely to be my new all-day vape.

    Same here.

My local store used to be rubbish, went there for the first time in 2 months and they have Element Dripper, Vampire Vape, Diamond Mist and another american juice I can't think of.

My IPV2 stopped charging (the mini usb slot has been pushed in and I can't get it out) so I purchased a 30w iStick and a Subtank Nano to go with it. Certainly is a lot more portable, but has taken some time to get used to (mainly the tank).

The iStick doesn't hold anywhere near as much charge as the IPV2 and the glass on the Subtank already has a chip - might have been just an accident but I've looked after it carefully as it's only a week old and my old set ups were chucked around a little an that never happened.

I'm not disappointed but I can't be arsed to spend out on new setups every few months.
