Actually, just thought about that properly, I tend to go through a subtank mini a day, which is 4.5ml iirc.

You vape a lot.....

 

I probably through about 10-15ml...

 

@Tichinde, you vape a little, lucky you if that keeps you away from smoking.


I take big lung hits all the time off my kanger subtank plus which holds 7ml running at 30w 0.4ohm, air holes wide open, the juice depletes fairly quick but I've not tried limiting myself to 1 or 2 full tanks a day, be a good idea to try that a few times before I have a go at quitting vaping.


I intend to quit vaping on 1st of February 2016, a full year after switching from smoking to vaping, already vaping without nicotine & not missing it so it will just be a habit to quit rather than a real addiction.

 

30ml lasts me over two weeks and I used to smoke 30 a day. Dang, some of you hit it hard eh?

As a smoker I was only ever on 5 a day, with the majority of a full pack of 20 going if I was on a night out so I was never a big smoker anyway.
Vaping definitely stops me smoking real cigarettes though, although i think my next batch of juice will have to be a 0mg instead of the 6mg, just to see if I actually notice any difference

Decided to push my quit vaping date to now, I'm over the addiction part, now it's just habit, habits are easy to quit especially silly habits & I think vaping passes as a silly habit once you've got over the nicotine addiction part.

 

I'm on a Subtank mini (4.5ml) a day, and that's still expensive when buying decent juice. I still have all the kit for DIY but I'm too lazy (making) and impatient (steeping) to bother. I'm on 3mg, will be trying 0mg soon then looking to quit all together. At the very least I'll get rid of all my kit and perhaps just have a cheap setup for emergencies. Maybe.

 

I'm still at the stage where quitting vaping is not really an option tbh. I also find i like a bit of variety in my juices so I just wait for good deals on premium stuff and pick up whatever.

Loving it at the mo but I'm sure the novelty will wear off eventually.

But I have started vaping outside only & it's got me down to 2 tank refills a day instead of 4 to 5.

 

Gave my Subtank Mini a new lease of life, with a custom SS tank and a SMPL mod. Such a nice, clean and reliable setup now:




A word of warning though, if you go down this road make sure your Subtank has a protruding 510 centre pin, some revisions don't. The SMPL is a beautifully made mod but it is a "hybrid" by default with no other options.

 

Youde bellus, stunning RTA. Yeah be careful with a sub tank on a hybrid. Looks awesome though

Currently set at 16.0w and 2.68v, the latest liquid is really harsh... 80%pg, 20%vg spearmint - should I change the coil?

Drop the wattage, sounds like you're burning liquid.

Personally I'd go much higher VG with that sort of wattage.

I go 100% VG above 20w & 50/50 at 15w
