5 twists of 26 gauge on the Subtank RBA deck should give around 0.5 ohms, obviously a smaller gauge will increase the resistance. What kanthal are you using?

This will help, tbh coiling is generally the easy part. Its the wicking that difficult the get right.

Watch some youtube vids and you'll be reet, if you can build a pc you can build coils.

    You need a calculator: http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.asp

EDIT: And I need to read all the unread posts before I reply! :)

Weird, I found wicking to be easier. At least to my standards of getting an even length of cotton through the coil then fluffing it out. My tank doesn't leak (anymore), so it must be working :p

Edit: I see an Octa-coil option to calculate from, please tell me people don't actually do that...

Most true, more of a wording issue than an understanding one :p

That's the silliest thing I've seen in a long time.

Utterly pointless. But mildly interesting to look at.

One of my friends is a lobbyist for one of the biggest tobacco manufacturers in the world. Right now, **** him... I know full well that Big Tobacco have had a hand in getting these restrictions implemented, even though they are named in this directive.

So, has anyone found any new and tasty flavours recently? I am currently loving 8bits Purpple and Steam Co.'s Moment 37. 2 very different flavours, but both lovely in their own right.

Gone through all eight of Nova Vapes flavours. Orange Nimbus and ecr-eu are pretty average, but the other six are bloody excellent.

Just ordered all seven flavours to test from Chuff Stuff. £35 for seven 30ml flavours, not bad at all.

Are there any other decent vape shops in London other than UK Ecig store, House of Vapes and Liberty Flights? Going there in march and got a bit of free time left in the schedule. Preferably within walking distance of any tube station.

Had a peek at the online shop. Diva coils six quid for a pair? Yes, multicore claptons and such are difficult to make but sheesh, that price seems nuts.

232 Shoreditch high street? That used to be The Vape Lab, nowadays House of Vapes. Staff seems to be the same, nice shop visited it last year.

Sounds like the same place. Haven't been for ages as I tend to make my own juice now.
