New Kanger 200w box arrived this morning :)
Put a velocity RDA on it with a couple of Clapton coils 0.16 ohms, 80w and it's producing the most flavourful clouds I've ever had :D

Bought the Rafale Subtank by uwell today and it seems to leak everywhere! like when you take a pull there's drops of fluid on the mouth piece and if you open the air flow valve at the bottom you can clearly see drops of fluid on the bottom of the coil?

Just a thought but would it be because my 60w stick is too weak for the tank or? "The Rafale implements an “Anti Spit Back” system. We aren’t really sure how it works, " that's because it doesn't apparently =/

    Settings as follows
    0.21
    3.54v
    60.0w

I got the new mod and batteries. 18650s are pretty big and are taking an age to charge. I did try it earlier though as I had to take the batteries off (was going out) and it's pretty good. Don't get the same hit I get out of my Vamo but it's far smaller. I think I will stick to the Vamo on two 18350 indoors and use the other one whilst I'm out.

That looks rather good. How's the flavour on it?

Just ordered a cuboid 150w / firmware upgradable to 200w along the thoughts of perhaps my eleaf 60w is too weak to melt the liquid and that’s why this tank is leaking everywhere. So my eleaf will be replacing my partners istick 16 with the melo 2 tank and i’ll keep using the Rafale. Also running my 60w stick at full power is draining the single cell so much on a hour drive to work today the battery was basically dead so hopefully this will last awhile longer.

That excuse of quitting smoking to save money… (worked beautifully)

My melo 2 tank never ever leaked as much as this.

Do any of you folks have recommendations as far as e-juice goes? Am looking for a fairly gentle, mellow flavor. I'm not planning to go any higher than 40 watts, if that would help.

You're doing something very wrong, I'm guessing the tank either sucks or is assembled poorly, seriously 60W is sufficient to 'melt' the skin off your fingers if you grabbed the coil, chasing power isn't going to help.

Go find a vape shop and ask real people to look at your set up.

    How are you filling it?
    Where is it leaking from?
    What the vg/pg mix?

He is doing nothing wrong. Them coils will not perform at that wattage. They need a good 80w before they get going and then they will go all the way upto 140w. If he is only putting 60w through it he is probably drawing the liquid through the system before the coil even gets in to its stride, which will cause it to leak

And here's me running 0.3 ohm coils at 20 - 30w with no bother no leaks in a kanger sub tank.
Go simple before chasing mods and power, ditch tc, get a simple tank.

The crowns are a simple tank. They just need power. Try that kanger with that coil at 10-15w you will not get a decent wiff of flavour or vape you will just end up drawing juice through before the coil can build up same thing but on a higher level as such

Collected my cuboid today and what a world of difference… The Leak seems to have stopped now i’m vaping at 95.5w. I seem to be going though about 7mls a day which isn’t cheap with premium eliquid i have about 12 flavours and everything to mix my own but they're just “basic” compared to the taste from the premiums so i’ve kinda went off mixing my own until i can extract my own juices and make my own flavours from start to finish.

Are the Pinkman and Heisenberg concentrates any good compared to purchasing the ready made stuff from vp? can anyone recommend some great concentrates?

Other than the power, battery and design of the cuboid… It has this built in puff counter which i’ve tried to trick by seeing if it just counts button presses and it doesn’t count unless you actually puff which is cool i guess

The Cuboid does look fantastic to be fair, although I've got a Snow Wolf 200W which is almost identical in the features dept.

I really wish Joyetech would stop using the term 'puff counter' though.....

Oddly enough I'm waiting on delivery of a Cuboid myself seeing as how I killed my TC60W - a week outside of the 90 day warranty. I also have a Cloupor Mini+ as a "pocket mod" and to see if having two devices that I switch between means one of them will survive a little longer - I'm pretty hard on VV/VW devices, I have one that's lasted a full year, the rest haven't made it past 6 months. Seems OK so far but we'll see.

I'm a little wary of the Uwell coils outside of the Ni200 ones as they seem to require hooking great amounts of power, 55 Watts to get a decent vape off a stock 0.5 Ohm Crown coil seems a little excessive to me. Others haven't had the same experience so I suppose it's down to how I vape - a few drags then put it down so I want immediate heat in the coil and you just don't seem to get that from stainless steel wire. Kanthal? Nickel? Titanium? No worries.

From my experience the Heisenberg and Pinkman concentrates are better than the premixed but that may simply be down to personal preference as I use 50/50 and they used to only sell 70/30. I also mix at 20% concentrate so it's a pretty strong flavour, premix seems a little "meh" afterwards. YMMV.

Anything that needs massive amounts of wattage just no avoid leaking isn't good in my book.
Seems to me that they're chasing high numbers as some sort of sales ploy or bragging rights.
