I agree the Hurley ep was one of the best so far. Especially where he turns to Charlie and says Anyone know if a season 2 is planned. Not that I see how it could really work since I assume they all get killed / off the island eventually. I think it's very clever than despite being most of the way through the show they still haven't shown fully what the "monester" is on the island.
I haven't heard yet whether or not they are planning season 2. But as popular as it has been I don't see how they wouldn't at least try... I guess they could call it 'Found' and follow the survivors around after they are rescued... ok now that I think about it that sounds kinda stupid Hopefully they don't screw it up!!!!! Of course after watching the first season of 24 I couldn't image how they'd be able to do more seasons, and now they are on season 4 and it has just gotten better IMHO! -Fiz
The director was on a radio show here a couple of days ago. There is a second season as they will not answer all of the questions this season. Also, to understand the show I think you have to stop thinking of it so literally. This island is not normal: the voices, the monster that disappears and reappears entirely too easy for something that large, the one characters ability to walk when he was a cripple before. Personally, I think they are all dead and this island is some sort of purgatory where they need to work out their problems before moving on to the next life.
Spoiler I read a theory on tvtome.com that they were all in a collective coma because of Walt (and his 'special powers'). And when Clair and Charlie were captured they had actually woken up but were sent back to get everone out but Walt has such control of the island that he erased their memory of their time awake. Sounds abit like the Matrix to me but both this and the purgatory ideas sound very interesting!!!! Still not sure what I think . Maybe after a little more explanation on the numbers thing I'll be able to form a theory -Fiz
Yeah that's the cool thing about this show, it's like you think you know the charectors then there is a episode focusing on one of them and then you find out more about them and realize they are so much different to how you thought.
