This will make gfx cards cry for a little while. http://www.tweaktown.com/news/40060...lay-with-a-resolution-of-5120x2880/index.html
Well, why not? You want high pixel density. You can check out more images of it here: http://www.dell.com/learn/us/en/uscorp1/secure/dell-venue-sf (just click on "Product images tab", and expand "Monitors/ Displays") It has a fully adjustable stand, possibly aluminum stand and Harman Kardon built-in speakers. That is beside the point mentioned in the article and video, where it looks like it is an IPS panel, or a variation of, glossy, but has a special coating to reduce significantly (but not all) glare/reflection, intended for commercial purposes, is a 10-bit panel, or a 8-bit with A-FRC to achieve 10-bit color support and requires dual DisplayPort 1.2 to operate.
It's about time! 1920x1080 has been on my desk for far too long. I for one welcome the coming pixel war! (if it happens)
'cos it's vertically not really much higher than a 24... and that's just a bit to small if you ask me.
