Sounds a bit mad, but my pair of Soundmagic headphones is knackered - I want to RMA them but I can't find a trace of where I ordered them from!

I'm absolutely positive that I ordered them from Amazon, but I can't find it in "My Orders" or find a confirmation email. Weird.

Could it be, despite how adamant you are, you might be mistaken?

In all my years, I've never seen that happen once with Amazon. Their system is one of the best I've used.

It sounds mad, but I remember taking them out of the box with the order slip etc. I'd put a substantial wager on it.

Do you have more than once account (or did)? Have you tried searching the site to find the headphones? If you do find them, it says along the top if you ordered before.

Wow! People actually pay for Prime? I though people just used the free month then wait for the free offer to roll around again?

Hope your brainfail is only temporary ;)

My family has had prime since it comes out.. works great, because one subscription gives the 3 of us accounts, and then I can have 4 or so different addresses to prime stuff to.

Makes ordering a single £2 memory card zero hassle at all, because I know when its going to arrive, and don't have to wait to get an order together before getting it.

I pay for Prime, because most of my Amazon purchases are "Oh ****" moments, and I need it as fast as possible - So having things arrive next day predictably for £40 a year?

    Totally worth it.

He pays because, like lirath, a lot of his purchases are "Oh, need!", and it makes life really easy.

As it covers myself and the other half it's great and it pays for itself at Christmas.

I did not know that Prime covered multiple accounts. Consider me suitably chastised.

    Guilty.

I now have an addiction to Amazon. Today is the first day of my "2 weeks without spending" my missus has challenged me to.

I think they used to advertise it when it first came out, but have since gone schtum about it.

Haven't bothered but having just bought a kindle for the missus and the idea of then getting free Kindle 'rentals' with it isn't a terrible idea...

Don't quote me on it and rush off to set it up...

I know my mother pays for the subscription, and herself, my brother and I all have prime, and I can then prime things to a number of addresses. I'm not 100% if that's because we simply renew each year its part of our original agreement, or that its still the case.

If you're on prime you can add 'family members'
Just need to know each others dates of birth.

You can add anyone you like obviously :)
