While fiddling with my front panel I rather clumsily snapped off one of the terminals on my reset switch. I have looked on RS components and they have 2100 micro switches so it would take an age to sift through that lot. Does anyone know more accurately what this type of switch is called, it only has two pins for soldering and as it's a reset switch it doesn't latch. Also, quite a while back I purchased a beaten up case for cheap from PC world and restored it too life, the front panel does attatch but a number of the clips are broken, again does anyone know where I could find these? Thanks.
You mean a single pole momentary action switch? Might also be called a SPST momentary action switch (Single Pole Single Throw)
Thanks, just did a search on ebay with no luck, gonna trawl through RS now but that name may help. Also considering drilling a very small hole down into the switch and inserting a small length of tinned copper wire and solder to make a new leg.
