Hi all, I am new to this forum, but I have also been at the receiving end of Mr Neil Vincent's scams. So I have managed to find his details for you all. He currently rents the property off Pennington in Ipswich. There contact details are 01473 222 268, I have made them aware of this situation and I have been assured that they will bring him in. However I was not satisfied with this so I have also reported him to the police for good measure. I hope this helps?
The more people report his fraudulent business practices to the police & trading standards the better- just getting ones money back will not stop him or put him out of business permanently.
Sheesh, this one pops up again! I had hoped nobody else would get stiffed by this guy but I guess that, just like the bad turd he is, he just keeps floating back up. BTW, I have already reported this sorry affair to both Trading Standards and Citizens Advice plus I assume my bank will be going through all kinds of official channels. However, as I mentioned in a previous posting, as I suspected he did come back with a different company - how the hell is he allowed to do this time and again? With a bit of luck if enough of the right people hear about this we might get rid of this piece of tuberulotic sputum for good.
Add me to the list Cant believe I got scammed by this guy too, only a £100 router. The good news is I am only 60 miles away so it will be well worth the trip !!!!!
Report this scam I strongly suggest that anyone else falling victim to this scam reports the matter either to Suffolk Police here: https://www.suffolk.police.uk/safetyadvice/reportacrime/reportacrimeonline.aspx or ActionFraudUK here: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud You can also report him to the local police by e-mailing them here: IpswichCentralSnt@suffolk.pnn.police.uk Complain to Suffolk Trading Standards here: Trading Standards (Consumer Direct) 08454 04 05 06 Complain to his web cart provider here: http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=support/contact You could also write a review about his website on Shopmania here: http://www.shopmania.co.uk/site/electrouk.co.uk and e-mail Shopmania to complain about them here http://www.shopmania.co.uk/contact Hopefully if every victim does this somebody might stand up and take notice and more importantly shut this shop down so that there are no further victims.
Hi All, I'm sorry to say I've just become the latest victim of Electrouk. I bought a Projector for £241.99 and had nothing back. I registered on the website and get a "welcome" email back, so I'm thinking "happy days". I then place the order online and get an email notification saying the order needs payment via bank transfer, and to give the order ID number with the payment so that they can match up the payment with the order. Then NOTHING. Like a total MUG I paid by bank transfer too (I know! I know!) so I've got no way of getting it back. I've lodged a complaint with Action Fraud and also Suffolk Trading Standards and have made reference to this forum and that the guys name is apparently Neil Vincent, so thanks to all of you that have taken the time to share what info you have. Ill let you know how I get on.
Apparently trading standards can't touch this guy, something should of been done by now this is a disgrace!
Rally the troops! Let us find this Neil Vincent, and beat him daft with our keyboards! Seriously, though, this whole affair sucks. The sooner someone shoot's him the better.
