Hey all. I'm looking for some more steam buddies to play with on a regular basis. I've got a few other friends that form half of a 6 man team deathmatch team, but i want to get a full team together for maximum experience gain and those fun ridiculous teamplay moments. We also play quite a bit of domination and hardcore headquarters pro. It would also be nice to have a larger pool of friends to play with. Always looking to build my community. As soon as I buy a legal copy of this I'm on that boat. I acquired it through dishonourable means because I was heavily skeptical about paying £30 for 8 hours of gameplay, but it quickly became evident that it was just about the most awesome thing ever made. So I'll be buying it...oh, hell, you know what, I'm gonna go buy it now. I want to get it in print rather than via steam though, because bafflingly it's £10 cheaper on amazon than on steam. The various co-op challenges, they're online, aren't they? I played those on PS3 and found them to be the best part of the game. I'm Duke Swarthingon Blythe on steam, to whom it may concern. Just to check, if anyone knows, before I buy it off Amazon: can you use retail keys to activate it on Steam?
retail => steam install. so whichever you do, you'll go through Steam, might as well buy the retail for the disks incase your internet craps out on the 12GB download. im in the bit-tech community group on Steam, screename: "__WyX__IWnetSUCKS" looking for people to play coop with.

I remember we (Bit-Tech steam group) used to have a TF2 night. Maybe we can try & arrange something for MW2?
Yeah, it would be cool to have some private matches. The matchmaking in MW2 sucks so hard it's almost impossible to keep a full party together in a public match. Given the size of the maps I'd say we'd need at least 8 people though.
I'll be right in there come payday, I think I've resisted the allure long enough now. And I'm nearly finished WaW, which isn't as bad as I was led to believe. Although how come you're allowed to kill your own squad without repercussion? A sneaky precursor to No Russian...?
