    Yeah, I wouldn't want to cut ties with a company that had just placed international antitrust crosshairs on me either. Vengefully terminating all licenses while multiple governments are watching would be a great way to prove Apple's case that they are abusing their power as a patent holder.

    Intel’s modem chips

    This might partially explain why Apple was hurry with starting to use Intel’s modem chips, even though they are distinctly worse.
