    :duh: :sigh:

Worst part is, I can totally see people come up to me to tell me about how great their iPhone console is.

I really do hate the way Apple market their stuff, mainly because most people are morons and believe every word they say about their products. :wallbash:

A bit like their tag line for the iPod Touch "funnest" :wallbash:

Apple products annoy me. The Simpsons hit home on that very well just recently actually. Hehe, Mypod... :D

If I got an Iphone (I think there cool but not worth the $$$) I think I'd use it for games more than for making phone calls

A gaming console it is not

I spent the entirety of my 45min bus journey home yesterday playing TapTap Revenge: NIN Edition on my iPod Touch...I think it's fairly capable gaming device, wouldn't go as far as calling it a console though.

Technically, playing games is part of the phones abilities, but it's far from a console.

    Gaming-device-ish-sort-of? Yeah, maybe. Console? Nah.

haha looool. I've had a good bit of fun on an iPhone, but it'll never surpass a Gameboy Classic!

It's less of a gaming device than the Nokia Ngage and look how well that did.

    Seconded.

But I do more gaming on my iPhone than on my laptop, PC, or actual consoles.

But it's not played on a TV screen, and it's in the same class as a DS and PSP.. it's also single player (not relating to online.. I mean, there can only be 1 local player)

First half = finally they admit it. Second part = :wallbash:

Sorry, but it's just not a console, yes, there are games for it, but it's a far shot from being a console.

There are some local 2player games, Touch Hockey for example.

That sounds to be very awkward considering the screen size.. o.o
