    I know what to do to bend arcylic, but I want to know is how to bend them into perfect arcs and to make sure their even.

    The easiest way is to build a template to bend around, something like a wooden cylinder with a radius equal to the one you're after on your plexi. Then just apply the usual acrylic bending idea. :thumb:
