I have the ZEROtherm Nirvana heatsink for my computer, but the backplate for the cooler has gone missing. Looking on ZEROtherm's website I can't find a replacement for sale; but would an alternative one such as this work for me? Or will I have to buy a new heatsink? btw my heatsink has screws, not pushpins.

When my motherboard died I sent it back with my backplate still attached to it :wallbash: I didn't fancy paying £50 for a new Tuniq Tower so I made a new backplate from alu and drilled and tapped screw holes.. still working perfectly to this day! as long as your cooler uses threaded bolts to secure it down I can't see why it wont work.

I would have thought so as the hole pitch and the size should be the same as they are all supposed to fit the pattern for the same CPU.

Thanks everyone. I thought it would fit but I wanted to be sure before I bought one.
