Hey everyone, Do we have any resident lawyers here at BT? I've got some questions I want to ask in private which needs a lawyers opinion. It's with regards to purchasing a business, for anyone wondering. I need a rough quotation on how much the lawyers fees would be (even if it's yourself!) and to see what would need to go into the buyer/seller contract to protect both of us in the transaction.
