Tbh, i like the new one thats used in Office 2007, Calibri, but if forced to use the two above, you be Arial.

Can't say either option fills me with any real interest, but i voted Verdana since its slightly bigger point for point in word.

    Kindly be gone demon!

Neither though. I prefer Georgia.. Although for a site like this, I'd go Arial. I just don't like verdana any bigger than 10px for some reason. And I think only Serif fonts look good when they are big and normal weight and non serif fonts only look good when bold big and I don't like ****ing odd numbers...

    What the deuce???

    Segoe UI - love it.

Verdana out of those two though.

Georgia is my fav serif, I just can't get Arial to look nice which is why I like Verdana.

I always use Verdana for school work etc.
It's also better for partially sighted individuals (which is why Verdana should be used a lot on websites)

He's complaining about having Arial replaced by a monospace equiv at default font size....

    Excellent argument

    *sigh*

    From http://webstyleguide.com/type/face.html

    Arial was designed for print

At work I exclusively use Arial as most of my work and reports will end up being printed.
I find Arial strikes the perfect balance for on screen and print performance.

For personal stuff I tend to use Verdana, as that will mostly be seen on screen.
