So I wanted to get everyones views on this game as it's on official release now. My gripe straight away is 50 quid for the game.. which to me it seem's it has always been that expensive and I don't quite understand why? Granted I'll probably wait until its on sale or try and borrow my friends steam library to try it before I buy it but can anyone give me a break down and thoughts on the game
Price apparently a condition of releasing a retail copy at brick and mortar shops - astonishing that retailers still have the chutzpah to do this. The way Wildcard puts it is that they didn't realise it would be like this until they were too far into negotiations with the retailers. Idk. I've not played for 2 years so can't speak to the condition of the game. 60gb install seems a lot though..
Unless its a title I'm desperate for I just dump it on the steam wishlist, forget it even exists and wait until I get an email when its on sale, if its 50% or less off I just delete the email and play one of the hundred plus games I haven't finished. I'd never pay £50 for a game and much less £35 for some stupid season pass.
