    Arm... you guys should know how the open-source camp feels about this sort of license by now. Seriously, how much interaction have you had with the Linux folks over the years? This is gonna fly like a lead balloon.

    When you are less desirable to the open-source crowd than Oracle's offering, you have messed up badly. (Never mind that OpenSparc was released before Sun was bought, and Oracle either forgot it happened or never found a legal way to kill it off.)
