Great to finally meet up with guys over the weekend. Now I just need that texture bug fixed and I can finally consider raiding some tents to find something to replace my shotgun with.
Dafuq! It's not me, you, Julian or Betty... I'm scared, has someone found our base? Or has Fludic/fuus/Pirate just stepped in one of the many beartraps protecting it..? Or is it massive coincidence, and someone who died in that location on another server, just spawned in on our server dead..?
nothing missding from the tents, i've added the corpses stuff to ours. the server restarted a minute after i posted, so if he was coming back to get his gear he'd have given up. logged in at 1pm, corpse gone, nothing missing, the stuff i added to the tents was still there.

We're a fair distance from Stary, but if you get there then it is very easy for someone to run up and pick you up
I'm in a town by the coast, problem is, I don't know which since it took so long to spawn I went to get a sandwich. If you are nearby I'd be well up for meeting up, so far I've only seen one other human player! Ok sweet. Whats the situation there like at the moment? Last time I heard someone was rolling around with a 50cal?
guys, finally getting somewhere, need HELP though I got myself some ammo and a lee enfield and a bike, if i now quit the game will i keep my stuff??? Cheers
Don't worry Parge, we have more than one .50 cal RE: Mr Happy, your ammo and gun will save, you can also save the bike, however that won't stop other people on the server from stealing it. Best idea is to save it in a bush, out of sight!

Yeah i managed to save it. Stole it from 2 dead guys i spawned next to, raided the dead body's and biked off ha ha Cheers.
I'm going to get invovled in this game tonight when I get home from work. I need to purchase Arma II - then is Dayz a mod that I need to purchase or is it free? Only found out about this and the up and coming Warz the other day.
You need Arma 2 Combined Operations (Arma 2 + Operation Arrowhead). However, it’s a 14GB download from Steam so I hope you have fast internet! Then just download six launcher and it'll install for you.
