yes and it need less leg room. anyway, you will see it eveolve still till its finally finished. so guys, today i started with the table top itself. the main form is cut but still a lot to go. more to come
thx, so i carried on with the table tope by marrying the two boards together, after i made cable tunnels in the inner ribcage system, today i will start covering the side openings. i tried it for size too the first time. my work shop seems to be getting smaller and smaller every day. relly cramped in because of this project.
hi guys, you cannpot see much but the table top is now hinged into place, couldnt wait to see if its working, this is how sleek and transporatble it is when folded together.
hi guys, hope you all had a great xmas. here is a small update. planted the keyboard module in and started covering the sides. more to come..
thanks mate, appreciate it. not really much to see yet till the actual basis upon which i will decoratively build is ready. today i stuck on a few more side covers, soon the actual table top will be full covered. they are just stuck on, not cut to size and sanded off yet. more to come..
hey bartacus, hows it going. yep this baby is gonna be my biggest so far, well its a desk so its justified. still a lot going to happen though, still all pretty basic sofar.
here is a little update showing the logitech mousepad which i will be integrating too. it will be flush set in in the table. i will just disect it a bit to intervene the on ioff switch for an external one probably.
Wait, is that a mousepad that charges your wireless mouse? If so, that's pretty cool, and it's about time.
well i guess they do exist just like for cell phones, but this is a real mouse pad/touch pad with 2 buttons. will be set in in the middle before the keybaord just like on a laptop
thanks guys, am glad you like the progress. sooooooo, today i set the touchpad in place and embedded it temporarily. i also cut and sanded down the sides seeing as the stuck on parts were hardene and all on. its starting to look like a table now and i am liking the stealthy form too..
uuuuh, poppin' monitors - i really like where this build is going! sum of all fears, means you're going to incorporate "the red button" to turn it on ?
yeah, something like that actually you will also be able to dial certain numbers on your phone to start certain functions here. pc on off. monitor conceal and revealing loud speakers conceal and revealing keyboard conceal and revealing webcam turning as well as left right drive and some other things too which i am still bustin my brains over..
Your work almost makes me want to cry. You really are a true craftsman and it's a dying art IMO. Just epic.
