What a decidedly crummy case. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose except to be mildly eccentric and, admittedly, to look quite good. Then again, I suppose it will appeal to the general public for precisely those reasons. :duh:

holy crap, 4 fans out and using negitive pressure to pull cool air in? Would you like some dust with all your components?

Althou I do like the stock look of the case, very clean.

nothing wrong with negative pressure, thats what i use for air flow, seems to work well enough for me.

Is it just me but does it remind anyone else of an alienware case?

After reading the review... I just thought: Anyway or replacing that PSU? :worried:

EDIT: euh... it just looks so weird inside with that PSU there I thought it was some weird designed PSU... :duh:

bah, foul 80mm madness... anything boasting 'silent' should soley use 120mm fans.. inc the psu, if one is included.

not really fond of its looks either, for some reason, it seems a bit... OEM to me.. i like cases with airflow in mind.. so thats grills on the front.. 120mm fan behind it with quick remove dust filter, and 120mm exhaust.. pref a 120mm fan on the side too, but thats wishful, so say 92mm.. lol, hell, why dont i just buy that Tt tsunami case.. give it a mobo tray, and i think i found my ideal case

doh, that reminds me, gota get dremeling this weekend.. be gone to them 2 80mm mounts, and hello to a non restrictive 120mm mount :dremel:

the fans used have no "frame" around the blades, which reduces alot of noise. However it also kills alot of airflow as more air is shifted sideways rather then out the back of the fan.
But i do agree with you, that if they made a 120mm version of those fans it could have been better :)

a very strange kinda half-attempt at innovation.
especially the fact that they haven't reduced the height of the case with the new PSU location.
and two feet?! surely it'd be easy enough to put a third and fourth one on the short-sides.

my HSF is from AC, and I'm quite happy with it. (one problem - the fan doesn't spin when the system is first started (no need, to be fair - is cold at that point) - causing the mobo to skitz)

    Hi Guys,

As you know the case is from the same manufactuer and the popular VGA Silencer, the idea was to bring a low noise design to general customers without the need to be concerned with buy several items, e.g. case, low noise fans, low noise high spec PSU.

With regards to look there is an alternative front facia soon to be available which looks like this:

feedback from our customers have been mixed, with the power supply the main point of concern, although high spec and suitable for almost any rig it can only be replaced with an exact same model due to the design.

For this reason we expect sales of this will mainly be in pre built systems where users dont get to involved in the internals but will benefit from the low noise and interesting design.

As it is thier first case I will imagine more will follow in the future so lets hope they take on some of your feedback concerning the 120mm etc.

If anyone has any specific questions on the case please let me know, Thank you for your feedbacks so far!

An interesting and easy to implement solution here would be to move the power supply up to the exhaust twins, forcing them to suck air through it. Along with this, deliver the supply pre-sleeved, and make sure ot keep using wire grilles on all fans rather than stanped. Finally, put foam dust filters that slide out nice and easily on the bottom, and replace those damn feet.

I can't see what's so great about the case rather than the huge amount of holes for air to come in.

All I have to say is:

    "What a retarded case"

I mean...yeah, it's good enough in most respects, but why, oh why has the PSU been moved, and why are there only two feet?! To me, it's a waste.
