    I used http://openvpn.net/

    It's free to sign up and you only need to use the vpn to go through checkout and download the download manager, you can switch back to your normal connection once you've got that.

    If your in england you will need to VPN and login to usa store

    use the fake person thing listed before

    helps to already create a uplay account as well.

    you will recieve an email with cd key and jobs done
