    Hello,
I'm new to this forum and I tried to get some pre-sales advice from Asus but this is impossible it seems, no option available on their website.
I love Asus products because of their excellent quality and lifetime and I'm thinking of investing in an Asus AiMesh system. So far I have used google and I own a google nest thermostat and a few google nest cameras and I have an Android phone and so forth. I'm currently with Zen Broadband as my provider and the router is the Fritz!Box. First of all, I am worried that my Google devices won't work with my Asus AiMesh, at the moment I am using the Google home network. And what gear should I be getting to get the best performance, which would also be somewhat "futureproof"?
I have looked at the following Asus products
Asus ZenWiFi Pro XT12 and Asus RT-AX86U Router or Asus RT-AX88U Router.
    Anybody out there any thoughts?
I would love to hear from you!

ASUS AiMesh is just fancy marketing for WiFi access points which have mesh capabilities. The WiFi they dish out is just WiFi, nothing special or unique so your Google devices will work just as they do now.

    Thank you for your reply.
Do you think that AiMesh is better than the competition? At the moment I'm using Nest wifi and I find the signal is weak or unreliable at best. We are a family of 5 so nthere can be a lot of demand on the system.
