So will we be seeing the Ares II on the Antiques Roadshow in the future
I would love to see pics of that 7,680 x 1,440 setup
Yeah. Pictures or it didn't happen! As they say...
yeah its a shame bit-tech never post pictures of there test setup up.
Insane price tag for an insane product.
Simon! Your cards are ready!
''Not only that, but while it's dependent on driver support, our testing demonstrates quite clearly that it is currently the fastest consumer graphics card on the planet, and that's something we're sure will entice 1,000 rich (and crazy) people to splash some serious cash.''
Not with the new Titan coming out.
Would be interesting to see how these uber cards deal with ubersampling in the Witcher 2 as they are the cards the developers had in mind when they introduced this feature.
I wonder how fast Bitcoin mining would go on that setup...
I hate to be a pain, but it really annoys me that there's no full stop at the end of the first paragraph of the conclusion.
Haha! I've given up on Dual GPU cards after the problems with the HD5970.
I prefer multiple cards, due to less limitation when OCing, and of cause reaching the maximum PCIe bandwidth, which I'm sure the Ares II has reached!
BTW - Loving the testing @ 7680x1440 Bit-Tech!
We all know Skyrim was never properly developed for SLI/CFX support, so I wasn't expecting it to scale well in those test setups!
This has to be the ultimate willy waving product (love that phrase, I'll use it more often), if there is a more blatant case of WW I don't think I won't to hear about it.
Still not fast enough to make it anything other than a scam
That is just insane. If its true that there wont be any new GPU's coming from AMD in the high end level I am glad to see Asus is making some progress for AMD products.
W000t?!, no triple-Crossfire tests?
It's Quad CrossFire if you
As practical as driving a Lamborghini, everyday to work at the local shoe factory...
But nevertheless, I'd like to spend 5 minutes just touching the card in all the improper places!
As I was reading down, this is exactly what I was thinking..lol.. You ninja'd me
At one point a few years back I almost went for 2 GTX9800 GX2's for a bit of quad SLI action
I had a 9800GX2 too.
