I'm in the market for a new notebook. Mobility is not an issue, so I'm primarily looking for the most power per dollar. So ideally I would wait for the sandy bridge problems to be worked out and wait for the Asus G53SW to become available. Right now Amazon is offering the G73JH-X5 at 17% off making it roughly the same price point as the 53SW at $1,330. I'm a student, the primarily uses would be (World of Warcraft, Starcraft 2, BlueRay, along with less demanding task). (Also noted that I have a 30 inch 1080 monitor in my room so size isn't that big of a deal for movies and such). Is it worth the wait or should I take this deal?
