News Asus nForce3 SK8N with AMD Opteron 240 at HardwareZoom

    Take one spanking new Asus nForce3 board and then add an Opteron 240 with a P4 3.06Ghz. The result?:

    "Similarly, an official test was carried out with 3D Mark 2003. Default settings on the drivers and 3D Mark 2003 were used. From the benchmark results, the Opteron running at less than half the frequency as the Pentium 4s performed just as good. Sometimes, the overclocked Opteron beats the other two Pentium 4s especially at higher resolution. "

    Ive always wanted a lot of bendwith :hehe:

    Looks yummy i must say, i cant wait till the Athlon 64 comes out and how it compairs to the p4, should be very interesting!
