Build Advice ATI HD 4890 how long would it last?

    How long do you think it would last on games? As i play them in high settings im hoping to stay with it for 2 years but if i need to ill upgrade my gpu.

    wait till the 4890 x2 comes out and it will last 2 years... and it also depends on the resolution of your monitor.

    a.no definitive 4890x2 release that i've heard of yet.
    b.get one now if thats the card you want, then when it cant handle what you are playing, grab another and crossfire it. if history stands true, even if they release a 4890 x2, two single 4890's will probably be cheaper.

    ATI are NOT releasing this card, but one of their partners suggested they MIGHT do one. But with the 5000 series due out any time soon, I wouldn't hold your breath...

    Ummm i can't any way my pc right now is 3 years old and can't run any new games and starting to have trouble just browsing internet! LOLZ
