    Hey everyone!

I'm a guitarist, and I have a nice bassy 10W guitar amp sitting under my desk, practically unused. I use a little 5W per channel stereo set for my pc sound, but it lacked bass... the solution: patch thru your guitar amp! So I got a little 3,5mm jack plug and soldered that to a 6mm jack. Plug in the amp and I'm in bass heaven. No subwoofer is gonna beat my guitar amp! :D :D :D :D :D :D

just a suggestion for all you bass-hungry people out there... and yes maybe there aren't many guitarists, but for those who are, here's my idea. Maybe you can get a small guitar amp cheep off ebay or something... Oh well maybe you can get 2.1 sets cheep of ebay too... hmmm

I'm still pretty pleased with myself anyway :D

O bugger the neighbours are complaining... 11PM bass madness :wallbash:

//edit// pics coming up, gotta get hold of a digicam :worried:

Yeah i've done this before with my Marshall valvestate nice "little" 40w i got for passing my grade 6 damn shes loud and damn shes basey!!!! It came about because my younger sister always plays her crappy music at obnoxiously loud levels so I tried this and it worked a treat! it took a while to fiddle with the EQ settings but it sounded really smooth when I finished and great with games!

    You bet

I tried playing UT but my 200Mhz machine won't do it. Even with a 12MB 3dfx card it can only display a max of 22 fps and an average of 15, with a minimum at 5 fps! :waah:

    New PC needed quick!
